Prepared on your premises by our skilled chefs to the highest standards. The food will be served by our professional waiters/waitresses. Easy, simple and uncomplicated. For that special impressive lunch or dinner at your office, or for guests at home.
The cost of waiting staff, chefs and hire is extra.
There is a minimum order for 4 people.
- Smoked salmon parcels filled with creamy Philadelphia cheese,
lemon juice, drilled black pepper, served with crispy lettuce
leaves and wholemeal bread & butter.
- Beef stroganoff - tender fillet of beef in a creamy, paprika sauce
and served on a bed of rice (mild).
- Creamy mashed potato topped chopped coriander.
- Hot mange tout tossed in peppered butter and crispy bacon,
baby carrots.
- Selection of bread, olive, garlic & herb bread.

- Large tiger prawns served on asparagus tips and served with a
raspberry coulisse
- Pan fried chicken breast stuffed with mango and wrapped in
parma ham and served with dyjonnaise sauce.
- Broccoli topped with a plum tomato sauce. Buttered chantele
carrots.
- Sauté' potatoes with chopped fresh herbs.

- Lamb khoftas served with a cucumber & mint yogurt dip with
shredded mixed peppers and naan bread.
- Pan fried salmon sat on a parsley mash & served with a citrus
sauce.
- Sugar snap peas tossed in black pepper & butter.

linguine & served with a
hoi son & sweet chili sauce.
- Fillet of beef served on herb Sauté
potatoes topped with large
mushroom & melted stilton with
a pepper sauce.
- Aubergine and beef-tomato stack topped with
shavings of parmesan served with garlic and
herb sauce.
- Broccoli and cauliflower spears.

- Minted lamb encased in filo pastry filled with mushrooms & sun
dried tomatoes and served with redcurrant & rosemary sauce.

- Shredded red cabbage braised in red wine and brown sugar &
chantelle carrots.
- Stilton, mushroom, leek & spinach pie.

- Profiteroles filled with cream.
- Brandy baskets filled with fresh cream & fresh fruit with fruit
coulisse.
- Poached pears fanned and served with a sweet red wine sauce
and served with clotted cream.
- Apple & cinnamon flan with lashings of cream & strawberries.
- Individual Mississippi mud pie served with thick Devon cream.
