During the warmer months why not order a barbecue for your clients or friends and let our outdoor caterers worry about the weather? Marquee or awnings supplied as required. We can supply everything you need including the barbecue itself, food, waiter and waitress and of course the chef.
Staff costs and traveling expenses and any necessary equipment hire will be extra.

All hot items on the menus will be cooked on the barbecue by our outdoor caterers.
- King prawns on skewers with fresh diced
pineapple marinated in oriental dressing.
- Chargrilled Mediterranean vegetable kebabs
drizzled with pesto sauce and served
with sour cream and chives V.
- Chicken breast marinated in provencal herbs served with a raw tomato and
basil vinaigrette.
- Large lamb and apricot kofta kebabs on skewers served
with fresh raita dipping sauce.
- New potato salad in a light dill dressing V
- Fresh leaf salad with cherry tomatoes, feta cheese, cucumber,
olives and dressing V.
- Profiteroles filled with fresh cream and served with plenty of rich
Belgian chocolate sauce.
- Selection of bread and rolls including sunflower and sesame seed
rolls, walnut and bloomer bread etc

- Thai chicken skewers marinated in
spices and coconut.
- Chargrilled fresh tuna with a peppered
citrus marinade served with bowls of
delicious salad nicoise and dressing.
- Chargrilled chicken skewers coated in
light peanut sauce served with a
sweet satay dip (served hot).
- Lamb steaks marinated in sesame oil and
honey served with a salsa sauce.
- Cous-cous topped with fresh chopped tomatoes, cucumber,
black olives and basil tossed in olive oil and balsamic vinegar V.
- Fresh pasta with strips of baby spinach, roasted pine nuts and
parmesan shavings in a citrus dressing V.
- Fresh sliced tropical fruit platter and seasonal berries with
whipped cream and raspberry coulis.
- Selection of bread and rolls including sunflower and sesame seed
rolls, walnut and bloomer bread etc.
