Garry produced top quality cuisine for home cooking at my 22 seated guest party. Never seen or tasted anything quite like it before, amazing! Superb service and they even done all the washing up! The spread and table dressing was brilliant - just like a top restaurant and all in my front room - he even provided the table, chairs and flowers!

So far, all concerned have dished out nothing but compliments about what a great evening it was. They loved the food, the venue and the way the dining room and table had been decorated.
Thanks for your help with laying the table in the morning – that was really appreciated, and the sugared almonds, table vases, mats, and whatever else. Thanks also for leaving the kitchen and cooker is such a clean and tidy state, and of course, a huge thank you for producing a delicious meal for all concerned.
It seems such a shame that it is all over... lets hope for some more of the same in the near future - highly recommended !

If I could produce a meal as delicious as that produced by Gary, for 17 people in an alien kitchen, I'd be delighted. Christmas time is not a good time to celebrate a birthday but THANKS to
the very friendly Gary and Michelle I enjoyed a fantastic meal with eleven guests in my own home and did not have to do a thing.
The table was set beautifully and the food was superb everyone sends - compliments to the Chef.

I have been a professional chef now for over 28yrs and provide a professional home cooking service for A la carte, wedding, corporate or special functions. You will not be disappointed with my service. I started as a young trainee at my fathers hotel in Eastbourne on the South Coast. A beautiful area that brought inspiration and warmth to my cooking. Starting in the kitchen was always the best place for me and as an aspiring young chef I soon realised that the mechanics of a kitchen is one of thee most important aspects of food itself - a poorly run kitchen will produce equal results.
My time was then best served as a larder chef, pastry chef, breakfast and sauce chef. Eventually making it to be head chef and during this time my ambitions were always focused on the desire to bring ala carte and individual cooking to the home.
I also specialise in all types of cooking, pub food and especially healthy eating options as well as today's trends and any specific diet needs.
